Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at H.A Outfits. Due to the nature of our print-on-demand Dropshipping model, we have a strict return and refund policy in place to ensure the highest quality products and customer satisfaction.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Before placing an order, please carefully review the product description and size chart to ensure the correct fit.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect. Once confirmed, we will provide you with a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

Refunds
